At ChocoRest, we want you to enjoy every product you order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products (chocolates and food items), returns are only accepted if the items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Products must remain unopened and in their original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods that have been opened.
  • Products not in their original condition or packaging.
  • Items returned without prior approval.
